Early morning main break washes street out

2009 home sales peak in last quarter
MORENO VALLEY — Last year, the real estate market saw varied extremes. The lows were low and the highs were high. But as the final numbers were tallied, 2009 ended up better than expected and signs indicate sales came back stronger in the final quarter of the year than how 2008 ended up.
“The first six months of the year, sales were not strong,” Mike Woolley, owner of Prudential Angel Fire Real Estate said. “In July things started to turn around, we started working again. In November we saw a lot of traffic.” more
