NOTICE OF SALE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on the 22nd day of May, 2008, at the hour of 1:00 p.m., the undersigned Special Master will, at the front door of the Colfax County Courthouse, Raton, New Mexico, sell all the right, title and interest of the above-named Defendants in and to the hereinafter described real estate to the highest bidder for cash. The property to be sold is more commonly known as Angel Fire Cabin Share Tract Q-1 Unit 14, Angel Fire, New Mexico, and is more particularly described as:
An undivided 1/52nd interest in Unit 14, Angel Fire Cabin Share, Tract Q-1, Angel Fire Country Club Unit One and Two Re-amended, filed in Plat Book 8, at Page 140, February 11, 1981 in the office of the Colfax County Clerk, together with (a) an undivided 1/832nd interest in the common elements of Angel Fire Cabin Share, and (b) the exclusive right to occupy a comparable Angel Fire Cabin Share unit to that described above for one week (Time Share Week) during the following described period each year; Mid December through March pursuant to that certain Timeshare Declaration for Angel Fire Cabin Share recorded October 21, 1986 and being recorded in Miscellaneous Book 120, Page 3180, in the real property records of Colfax County, New Mexico as amended in the Miscellaneous Book 120, Page 3892, real property records of Colfax County, New Mexico, with mortgage covenants.
THE FOREGOING SALE will be made to satisfy a judgment rendered by the above court in the above-entitled and numbered cause on May 22, 2008, being an action to foreclose a lien on the above-described property. You are hereby notified that the Village of Angel Fire will consider for adoption on May 20, 2008 at 5:30PM at the Angel Fire Village Hall Meeting Room the following ordinances:
Proposed Ordinance authorizing the issuance and sale of the Village of Angel Fire, NM subordinate lien gross receipts tax revenue bonds, series 2008B, in the form of a loan agreement in an amount not to exceed $100,00.00 for the purpose of acquiring, equipping and furnishing an ambulance for the Village’s Public Safety Department; providing for the disposition of, and other details relating to, certain gross receipts tax revenues of the Village pursuant to section 7-1-6.4 NMSA 1978, including the payment of debt service on the series 2008B gross receipts tax revenue bonds; providing that certain terms and details concerning the series 2008B bonds will be approved in a subsequent resolution of the Village; prescribing other details concerning the series 2008B bonds and gross receipts tax revenues, including but not limited to covenants and agreements in connection with the series 2008B bonds and the form and manner of execution of the series 2008B bonds; making certain appropriations; and ratifying action previously taken.
The Council will conduct a public hearing at that time at the Angel Fire Village Hall and any interested citizen may speak for or against any of the Ordinances.
