The Village of Angel Fire is requesting proposals for professional engineering and planning services for a project that involves the re-use of treated effluent water from the Village of Angel Fire Wastewater Treatment Plant for golf course irrigation and snow making purposes. Approximately 125 acre-feet of treated wastewater is available annually for these purposes. The project involves the design of the wastewater transmission and distribution lines from the North Lagoon, to the ski area and golf course as well as the environmental and archaeological studies required to obtain the requisite permits for the construction of these lines.
All work to be performed is within Village or NMDOT easements or rights-of-way. The successful offeror will be required to provide the necessary research, topographic surveying and to identify proposed alignment of wastewater distribution lines.
